How my practice works

Contact me – I offer a free 15 minute phone/zoom call to discuss your situation, help you decide whether my approach would suit you and the possibility of us working together. We can also discuss the fees for my services.

Booking a session – a date & time that works for you will be offered after we have spoken on the phone or on zoom.

Together, in the sessions, we will explore the concern(s) that bring you to therapy and using effective techniques, I will help you find meaningful solutions for a positive outcome thus enabling you to move forward with your life in a relatively short amount of time.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend courses and workshops to further enhance my training and skills.
Frequently asked questions
How long are the sessions?
The first session is 90 minutes, each session following that is 60 minutes.
How many sessions do I need?
This will depend on the presenting issue, however, my aim is to achieve a positive therapeutic outcome in a relatively short amount of time.
How often may I have a session?
This depends on the presenting issue, however, not more than once a week, but ideally once every two weeks.
Do you offer online therapy?
I believe it is better for you to have face to face sessions, but where this is not possible I do offer online therapy.
